摘要 PURPOSE: To provide the parallel link mechanism capable of easily and exactly detecting the position/attitude of a movable panel hard to detect by conventional mechanism while unnecessitating the sticking work of a strain gauge. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic capacitance type displacement gauge 6 is held parallelly with respective laminated piezoelectric elements 4 by a holder fixed at one end part of the respective piezoelectric elements 4, a target member is fixed at the other end part of the respective piezoelectric elements 4 so that a part of the target is faced to the top end part of the displacement gauge 6 leaving a minute gap, and the change of a link stroke accompanying the stretching operations of the piezoelectric elements 4 is detected. A movable panel 1 is provided which is equipped with 1st-3rd target planes set respectively perpendicular to three axes (x), (y) and (z) orthogonally crossed each other, two electrostatic capacitance type displacement gauges are fitted parallelly with the (x) axis so as to face to the 1st target plane, one displacement gauge is fitted parallelly with the (y) axis so as to face to the 2nd target plane, and three displacement gauges are fitted parallelly with the (z) axis so as to face to the 3rd target plane. Thus, the change of position and attitude of the movable panel 1 accompanying link stroke change is detected.
