PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of dew condensation in a case and also rust from gathering in equipment, in this motor-operated valve actuator unit. CONSTITUTION: This motor-operated valve actuator unit is provided with a valve opening indicator 3 equipped with a scale plate 7 and an indicating pointer 8 attached to a shaft 6 rotating in response to the axial travel of a spindle supported with a valve at the lower end, via a gear mechanism 5, a case 4 housing the gear mechanism 5 and the valve opening indicator 3, and a transparent plate 9 to make out any display of the indicating pointer 8 in a part to be opposed to the scale plate 7 built in this case 4. In addition, two vent holes 10 and 11 interconnecting an internal atmosphere of the case 4 and the outside air are formed on a lower wall surface 23 of this case 4.
