PURPOSE: To detect a commercial input voltage with inexpensive constitution and to reduce capacity of a capacitor by setting so that a temp. control means controlling energizing to an electric heater is revised by a detected value of an input voltage detection means. CONSTITUTION: An engine controller (temp. control means) 4 controlling the energizing to the electric heater provided with a fixing means is set so as to revise by the detected value of an input voltage detection circuit 35. The voltage according to a pulse width of a choke coil 21 of a forward system is inputted to the input voltage detection circuit 35. A transistor 37 is turned on when an FET 14 is turned on. For instance, when an input commercial power source 1 is AC 120V, the time when the FET 14 is turned on becomes about 0.95μS. At this time, the voltage of about 4. 05V is inputted to the ACVIN terminal of the engine controller 4. Thus, the engine controller 4 detects the input commercial power source 1. |
