PURPOSE: To find a bottleneck part at a glance throughout the circulation operation and calculate the optimum number of users for the improvement of circulation operation by graphically displaying the amounts of operation to be processed by respective nodes and respective users and the amount of operation that was already processed on a definition screen. CONSTITUTION: When an operator performs operation, the user log generation process in a circulation operation process 100 stores user operation process information in a user log data base(DB) 30. When the operator requests a circulation operation managing function, a node throughput extracting process 300 executes a user process extracting process 400 for all users in a node and adds necessary information to a user process information table. When the operator requests node process information display, a node process information display process 500 performs a process for visual display and displays the process result on a display device 2. When the operator requests the calculation of the optimum number of users, an optimum user number calculating process 600 performs simulation on the basis of information in a user operation DB 40 to find and display the optimum number of users on the display device 2. |
