PURPOSE: To easily take out paper by continuing the feed of paper to a cutting position even when a label end error is happened. CONSTITUTION: When the gap part between a printed label 31-l and an unprinted label 31-2 is fed to be positioned at the cutting position due to a cutter 26-1, the detection of a label end due to an end sensor 14-2 and the stop of the feed of label paper 31 due to a label end error are put off until the completion of this positioning feed. When a label end error is happened by the detection of a label end after the completion of the positioning feed, the cutting treatment due to the cutter 26-1 is prohibited. By this constitution, the gap part between the labels 31-1, 31-2 of the label paper 31 can be fed to be positioned at the cutting position due to the cutter 26-1. Therefore, the label 31-1 protrudes to the outside of a frame 34 from a label issuing port 35 to facilitate the taking-out of the label paper. |
