PURPOSE: To effectively use data memory to compensated for transmission delays between each pair of channels in a multiplexing device which performs bulk transmission by bundling plural ISDN-B channels. CONSTITUTION: The capacity of the data memory 3 required for the absorption of phase difference of each channel is calculated by the frame number of each channel at a time (e) when multi-frame syn-chronization among each channel can be taken, and also, the leading address of a memory map in accordance with each channel is found by an address conversion ROM table to divide the data memory 3 into the memory maps in accordance with those capacity. The data of all channels from which the phase difference is absorbed can be obtained by controlling the read/write of the memory map in accordance with each channel in the data memory 3 obtained in such way so as to be operated as a data buffer of one multi-frame period. |
