PURPOSE: To provide a process for producing a fiber-containing apple juice having the basis of pleasant dinkability and beside that a taste similar to other fiber drinks, soft palatability and favorable texture by compounding an apple juice with a specific component. CONSTITUTION: This process for producing an edible fiber-reinforced drink of a fiber-containing apple juice comprises a step for preparing a mixed raw material of an apple juice and fiber powder, a step for treating the mixed raw material under a specified condition with an apple juice-preparing apparatus and a step for subjecting the treated material to a bactericidal treatment. |
