ABNORMALITY DETECTION METHOD FOR CONTAINER UNDER PRESSURE AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide an abnormality detection method for a container and its device by which an abnormality occurrence can soon be detected in the case of the abnormality occurrence of a container under pressure such as a hot blast stove. CONSTITUTION: The output signals of plural sound meters 11 arranged around a combination blast furnace and hot blast stove are respective frequency- analyzed by frequency analyzers 12, and an analysis device 13 determines the occurrence of abnormality of the blast furnace hot blast stove when the sound pressure level of a frequency band of 1kHz or more exceeds a predetermined level. A leak position is identified based on the sound pressure level of the frequency band of 10kHz or more.
