The equipment reduces the abrasion of contact point to prolong it's durability. Condenser(C1) is charged with the power current which comes from a power source through a load(202) and resistors(R1)(R2). Bios current controling device(200) consecutively generates bios current of switching on or switching off by user's operation of an one-touch switch(200a). The first switching device charges or discharges bios current controlling device(200) by receiving bios current of switching on or switching off. The second switching device sends electric current to resistors after switching on the first switching device.
