PURPOSE: To provide the small-sized electronic apparatus with excellent assembling performance and an excellent mount efficiency while taking a function of the device into account. CONSTITUTION: The electronic device is an electronic camera having a control board in which plural printed circuit boards 11-15 for image pickup signal processing circuits are connected to a common printed circuit board 10 respectively. Then the printed circuit boards 14, 15 whose size is comparatively smaller among the plural printed circuit boards are arranged closer to an object with respect to the image pickup optical system and the printed circuit boards 11, 12, 13 whose size is comparatively larger among the plural printed circuit boards are arranged comparatively remote from the object with respect to the image pickup optical system. |
