Linear roller bearing with slidable support body

The roller bearing comprises a support body (1) which slides along a guide rail (2) and abuts it via numerous, load-transfer rolling members (3) divided into several, linear rows on the guide rail tracks (6). At least one friction element (10) is located inside the support body, contacting a rail track and flexibly adapting to it. The friction element is a cylindrical, elongated hollow member open only at its ends. Pref. it comprises an outer surface, corresp. to the track shape. The guide rail may contain several pairs of tracks (4-6) for the load-transfer rolling member rows, or friction elements.
