<p>The invention relates to a machine for storing and drawing off a liquid or pasty food product. The machine connects the outlet of the plug or tap of a removable sterile bag (1) maintained at constant temperature to the draw off circuit through a specific connection system (41) which sterilizes and/or pasteurizes and/or debacterizes and/or cleans the outlet of the bag before it comes into contact with the draw off circuit and then the downstream part of the specific connection during the utilisation of said bag by the implementation of programmed cycles. The drawn off product dilutes in a cooling device extending from the 'Y' up to the end of the draw off conduit, a rinsing operation is carried out at the final step of the product distribution, and the downstream part of said conduit comes out of the cooling device during the delivery of a product and is then reintegrated.</p> |
