Efficient and economic heat exchanger having hollow thread bundle

A hollow thread bundle comprises several component bundles where each contains at least three hollow threads placed around a support thread of varying cross-section over the bundle length and wound around by at least one winding thread. Also claimed is a mass or heat exchanger comprising at least one bundle of hollow threads where one or other both ends of the bundle are embedded in its appropriate tube plate and all the thread ends are sealed fluid-tight by the plate material.
