Holder for fence with barriers

The fence holder consists of two profile tubes (10) in round or square section and at least as long as the fence height, each tube fitted with top (11) and bottom (14) hooks used to engage the top and bottom cross-tubes of the fence. The hooks face opposite directions and the tube carries two U-saddles (16) for the end hook on the barrier (6). One hook (14) and both saddles (16) are fitted to a slidable sleeve (15) clamped to the tube (10) by cap screws requiring release by tool only. The saddles should be designed to take a pair of barrier hooks. Two steel bands are fitted in their U-shaped upper part with a clamping screw to hang arrestably onto the top tube of the fence. Each band has a 90 deg. twisted bottom part having top and bottom hooks or recesses for the two barrier hooks.
