New piperidine compounds, process for their preparation and the pharmaceutical compositions which contain them

Piperidine derivs. of formula (I), their isomers, quat. ammonium piperidine salts and acid addn. salts are new. R1 = 1-6C alkyl; or Ph, thienyl, pyridyl or naphthyl (all opt. substd. by one or more halo, OH, 1-6C alkoxy, 1-6C alkyl, trihalomethyl or 1-hydroxy-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl); R2 = H, 1-6C alkyl (opt. substd. by one or more 1-6C alkoxy, Ph, amino or phthalamido) or Ph (opt. substd. by one or more halo, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, OH or trihalomethyl), 3-7C cycloalkyl, piperidino or amino (opt. substd. by 1-2 1-6C alkyl); X = CO or SO2; R3 = H or 1-6C alkyl; R4 = 1-6C alkyl, Ph (opt. substd. by one or more halo, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, OH or trihalomethyl) or trihalomethyl; or CR3CR4 = 3-7C cycloalkenyl; and A completes a phenyl, pyridyl or naphthyl ring (all opt. substd. by one or more halo, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, OH, amino, NO2 or trihalomethyl).
