<p>The invention relates to novel 2-[1(ω-phenoxyalkylpiperidin-4-yl)aminomethylen]-2H-benzofuran-3-ones and their derivatives having formula (I), wherein the substituents are defined as follows: R1, R2, R4, R5, which may be similar or different, represent hydrogen, an optionally branched alkyl containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an optionally branched alkyloxy containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a halogeno group; R3 represents hydrogen, an optionally branched alkyl containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms; n is an integer varying from 2 to 6. The invention relates both to pure Z and E isomers as well as the mixture thereof. The present invention includes therapeutically acceptable mineral or organic salts of the compounds having general formula (I) as well as their possible hydrates. The invention also relates to the method for preparing the claimed compounds and their application as drugs.</p> |
