The machine incorporates two thin circular cutters (12,13) which are mounted at the angle (alpha) to one another at which the cut-out is to be made. The cutters are mounted so that their cutting edges have a minimum distance from one another. The angle between the cutting discs can be adjusted. The edges of the cutters are smooth so that they can be sharpened during use. The positions of the cutters can be adjusted and can be moved further in or out. The cutters are driven, via universal couplings from a common shaft (22).
