The system according to the present invention makes the production of wooden spools (B) automatic through a succession of processing machines, connected by transmission lines, so as to be continuously fed with raw material and to determine the outcome of the final finished product, and consists of: a loading means (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6); a nailing device with the clinching operated with compressed air, with an automatic rotation system for the dragging of each flange (F) in synchrony with the highest nailing speed; a line (7) for transferring the material to piercing; a piercing device (9, 10, 11, 12) with millimetrical positioning for performing two stations for performing holes with great diameter and those provided inside the drum-circumference and the external holes, as well as the 45 DEG hole and other eventual holes; a translation line to the finishing of the flanges; an automatic belt-saw (14); a combined machine for the finishing of the spools (B); a translation line to discharge; a discharging device (17).
