Target-seeking missile with rotation about its longitudinal axis

The missile has an autonomous target-seeking head and a pair of wings (16) acting as control surfaces adjusted via separate actuators (34), allowing their independent correction. Pref. each of the actuators is coupled to a truncated shaft (20) of the respective wing, with axial alignment of the truncated shafts, which are supported by a central bearing device (28). Each of the actuators pref. has a setting device (38) with a threaded spindle and a brushless DC setting motor.
