The pan sponge unit includes, shaft (2) and handle (1). The flexible shaft ends in a holder (3) which at the bottom, has a contact surface (4). The scouring type pan sponge (5) is fixed to contact surface (4), using a double sided adhesive strip (6). The sponge enables removal of food residue adhering to bottom (7) and sides (8) of pan (9).
