发明名称 Process and apparatus for producing composite layered materials
摘要 Prodn. of a layered composite material consisting of a carrier layer of Fe material and a Ni-based hard alloy layer, pref. Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy, which fuses at 870-1200 degrees C, metallurgically bound to the carrier layer is claimed. The hard alloy layer has a finely ground homogeneous structure and has a boridic and/or carbodic nature. The novelty is that the powdered hard material-contg. hard alloy is applied to the flat pretreated strip-like carrier layer sealed, and heated in a vacuum or inert atmosphere to the melting temp. of the hard alloy, smoothing the molten hard alloy layer, and cooling to room temp.. Also claimed are (i) an appts. for the prodn. of the composite material; and (ii) the composite material produced.
