The heating pipe which is inserted into a hot water heating pipe of a heat exchanger, in order to heat hot water, is constructed in zigzag fashion, to form a plurality of loops. All paths forming the loops intersect radially with one another. The heating pipe can take its correct shape without separate adjustment operation.
