<p>A dispenser is provided that includes a container (4) for storing a dispensable chemical product such as an underarm composition, an elevator (12) mounted for axial movement within the container, a rotatable shaft (14) attached to the elevator, a housing (6) below the elevator and a mechanism for axially advancing the elevator within the container.
