The invention relates to a wall tie fixing system comprising a drum screw with a threaded end, onto which a tie strap with a nut can be screwed in such a manner that the correct stress can be imparted to an outside wall tie which is of any appropriate shape, designed in such a manner that the invention can be applied entirely from the outside of the wall, resulting in better, quicker fixing.
