The device prevents motorcycle seats (saddles) which are exposed to the sun from heating up, adapting to any shape and size of seat. It has a series of zig-zag surfaces 1 whose sides 7 enclose and overhang. Under said surfaces 1 there are projections 2 which determine the points of support on the seat and which are equipped, except for the outermost ones, with perforations which allow an anti-theft device to be fitted and which, together with the overhanging sides 7, facilitate air circulation. The front 8 has a conventional attachment element 12 and small wings 10 which provide cover for the motorcycle fuel tank. The rear part, in addition to another attachment device, includes suction cups 15 or a similar device for securing to said fuel tank after the parasol has been folded up as well as an elastic ring 16 which allows the side areas 7 to be joined and secured in order to facilitate transportation of the parasol. <IMAGE>
