PURPOSE: To preparer an antistatic release paper whose antistatic effect is not lowered, even when this release paper passes through a drying machine in an adhesive coater for production of pressure-sensitive adhesive labels, and by which the pressure-sensitive adhesive labels and sheets causing no static electricity even when they are left in very dried conditions for hours can be prepered. CONSTITUTION: This antistatic release paper 10 has a release layer 13 formed on a paper substrate 11 and a colored layer 12 containing a white pigment is formed between the paper substrate 11 and the release layer 13. The paper substrate 11 is prepared by kneading an electrically conductive carbon black into woodfree paper or glassine paper. |
