PURPOSE: To enhance the adhesive strength of a packing layer formed by coating the surface of a thermosetting resin molding with rubber component. CONSTITUTION: Aromatic polyamide fiber and phenol resin powder are dispersed in water as main ingredients, and a sheetlike molding material is manufactured. It is punched in a predetermined shape, charged in a mold, and heat pressure molded to mold a thin platelike phenol resin molding interposed between the cylinder head and an intake manifold of an engine. Abrasive grains of 100 mesh are sprayed to the form for 20sec, and shot blasted. When the grains are sprayed from a nozzle 2 to the molding 1 fluffing 3 of fibrous filler is formed on the surface 1 of the form. Hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber is coated in a predetermined shape by a screen printing on the shot blasted molding, and dried to form a packing layer having a thickness of 200μm. |
