PRODUCTION OF SOLID ENTERIC PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a solid enteric pharmaceutical preparation excellent in acid resistance by which a medicine is coated with a coating liquid containing a dispersed polymer having <=1μm average particle diameter. CONSTITUTION: A cellulosic polymer is dissolved in an organic solvent mixable with water in an optional proportion or a mixed solvent thereof with water to prepare a polymer solution. which is subsequently mixed with water. The organic solvent is then removed to provide a concentrate. An anionic surfactant is subsequently added to the resultant concentrate and the prepared mixture is dried to afford a polymer powder. which is then charged into water to thereby afford an emulsion containing the polymer dispersed into <=1μm average particle diameter. The resultant emulsion is subsequently dispersed in water containing a plasticizer to provide a coating liquid. A medicine is coated with the coating liquid to complete the production of a solid enteric pharmaceutical preparation.
