PURPOSE: To attain effective utilization by filing a voice, a video image and a conference material or the like of a speaker simultaneously in real time when a decision items in a video conference is decided. CONSTITUTION: Each information such as a video image, a voice and a conference material of a speaker is converted into digital data by A/D converters 11a-11b and the data are synthesized as reference data by a data synthesis section 12. In this case, a control section 14 provides directions such as an item and a date and time to each of synthesized data and the resulting data are recorded in a file 13 altogether. |
