摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To stabilize a rotation system through simple and low-cost shaft driving force support structure by a method wherein the bottom plate part of a toothed leaf spring predeformed (curved) by an amount equivalent to a fastening margin through fitting in the central axial hole of a cylinder block is forced into plane butt against a drive shaft end. CONSTITUTION: A tooth part 23b in the shape of a square is protruded from the outer peripheral edge of a circular bottom plate part 23a through the foce of a toothed lead spring 23 and addendum diameter D is provided with a proper fastening margin with which predeformation is produced through fitting in a central axial hole 1a. By using a columnar jig having approximately the same diameter as that of the rear end part of a drive shaft 8, a toothed leaf spring 23 is inserted in the central axial hole 1a. In this case, The toothed leaf spring 23 is deformed in the shape of a shallow arm on a whole owing to a fastening margin with which the addendum diameter D is provided. A jig is further advanced, the bottom plate part 23a of the toothed leaf spring 23 is pressed against the rear end of a drive shaft 8. The bottom plate 23a curved once is further forced into deformation and brought into plane butt against the rear end of the drive shaft 8 and the addendum corner part E of the tooth part 23b is cut through the surface layer of the central axial hole 1a. Meanwhile, a preload is exerted on a drive shaft end through the resilient reaction force of the bottom plate part 23a.</p>
