PURPOSE: To enable the using of the whole of the cold/hot storage chamber as a cold storage chamber, or a hot storage chamber, while permitting the use of AC 12V or 24V. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating box 11 is divided into chambers 16, 17 by a detachable partitioning plate 12 and thermoelectric elements 13, 14 are provided in respective side walls of respective chambers 16, 17 while heat transfer panels 15, covering the thermoelectric elements 13, 14 while contacting with them closely, are provided exposedly in respective chambers 16, 17 and a changeover switch, switching the energizing direction of the thermoelectlic elements 13, 14 as well as a DC power connecting terminal for 12V and 24V, in which the thermoelectric elements 13, 14 are connected in parallel and series, are provided on the outside of the heat insulating box 11. |
