PURPOSE: To enable information of an entering time and a leaving time to be possessed by both an individual entering and leaving one's office or the like and a manager managing the entering and leaving. CONSTITUTION: A personal ID card 1 is provided with a first storage means 11 and a second storage means 12. When the personal 10 card 1 is inserted into a reading/writing means 24, an entering/leaving managing terminal 2 reads personal identification information stored in the first storage means 11. If the information is not recorded in a third storage means 25, the personal identification information is written in the third storage means 25, whereby a storage area for the person is ensured. Correspondingly to which of an entering time recording push button 22 and a leaving time recording push button 23 is pressed, the time of a clock 21 on pressing the button is determined as entering time or a leaving time. A date when the button is pressed is determined as an entering/leaving date. These are recorded in the second storage means 12. After that, a first control means 26 records the same data in the appropriate storage area in the third storage means 25. |
