PURPOSE: To ensure smooth motion of a pressure-movable member, accordingly a stem and to perform adjustment of the flow rate of the content. CONSTITUTION: A stem with a path la for discharging the content, a main hole part 1b and a subhole part 1c, a pressure-movable member 9 which moves to its downstream side in accordance with the flow pressure of the content and suppresses the fluctuation of the flow rate there by changing the crosssection of the content passing-through part 10 in accordance with the moving distance and has a structure so as to prevent the content from entering into a space part 12 between a stem and it, and a path 7 for passing the content through being formed independently from the part 12, are provided. In addition, in the case when the stem 1 is moved downstream accompanied with discharging operation, a main stem rubber 2 for establishing a route A for discharging the content by communicating the main hole part 1b with the path 7 for passing the content through and a substem rubber 3 for establishing a route B for preventing the pressure from increasing by communicating the subhole part lc with a gap 8 to let the gas in the part 12 escape, are provided. |
