PURPOSE: To obtain the dielectric filter with excellent yield in which the effect of contraction of a volume is reduced when a dielectric material is baked by covering an inner face or the inner side face and a bottom face of a non- throughhole formed to a forming body made of a dielectric material with an electrode. CONSTITUTION: An inner side face or the inner side face and a bottom face of a non-throughhole 2 made from an upper face to a lower face of a forming body 1 and of a non-throughhole 3 made from the lower side to the upper side with a dielectric material 9 inbetween are covered by electrodes 5, 6 to form an independent resonator. Then the electrode 5 and an input electrode 7, and the electrode 6 and an output electrode 8 or the electrodes 5, 6 form a coupling capacitor via the dielectric material 9, they act respectively like aλ/4 resonator to form 2-stages of dielectric filters. As a result, since the characteristic of the filters of the 2-stages mainly depends on the distance between the bottom faces of the two non-throughholes 2, 3, the dielectric filter hardly receives the contraction of a volume when the dielectric body is baked and the dielectric filter with excellent yield is obtained.
