PURPOSE: To perform a sure entrance/leaving management by erasing the read data of a card reader according to the elapsed time after approach starting, or completion of opening and closing operation, and examining the data independently every time. CONSTITUTION: The average time required for one approach and entrance/ leaving of a user is set in the timer 211 of a safety check part 330. The content of a memory 336 is erased by a memory clear processing part 212 after the lapse of a set time after the user gets in a detecting range, or according to the lock completion signal of a lock control part 333, and the read data thereafter is treated independently from the previous data. Thus, a comparator 337 processes the following read data as a new data, a collating processing part 332 transmits the collating result to the lock control part 333 to open and close an electric lock 341. According to the comparison result that it is differed from the last read data of the collating processing part 332, the memory 336 holds a new read data in a memory 335, and renews the last read data. |
