<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a reinforcing insulator for a block molding type connector in which a core can be easily removed from an insulator pipe even without providing a coating layer on the periphery of the core and which has no fear of damaging the inner surface of an insulator tube (reinforcing insulator). CONSTITUTION: First, a core 1 is disposed in a mold, resin is filled in the mold, to obtain an insulator pipe 3 in which the core 1 is used as a core. Then, water or liquid nitrogen, etc., is fed in the hole 2 of the core 1 before the temperature of the pipe 3 is high, the core 1 is then quenched, and the core 1 is removed from the pipe 3.</p> |
