<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a placing base which is safe and inexpensive by preventing a short circuit between DC output terminals with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: The DC output terminals 3 supply DC electric power to the portable information equipment 50. A cover 6 protects the DC output terminals 3. A spring mechanism part 7 supports the cover 6. When the portable information equipment 50 is mounted, the spring mechanism 7 bends downward through bending operation across the cover 6, the DC output terminals 3 are exposed from the cover 6 and come into contact with input contacts 53 to supply the DC electric power. When the portable information equipment 50 is not mounted, the spring mechanism part 7 supports the cover 6, which covers the DC output terminals 3, thereby preventing the DC output terminals 3 from being short- circuited.</p> |
