The device for blocking and control of positions of manually-operated railway points ensures that the railway-point's blade (O) will stay in the prescribed position, using a pair of poles (5), with the blocking plug (4) between them; the prescribed position is also ensured in the case of failure of or damage to the locking mechanism (Z) and mechanism (M) for manual operation of the railway points, using a pair of a fixed boundary elements (6) and a pair of adjustable boundary elements (7). A pair of fixed contacts (9) and a pair of adjustable contacts (10) enable direct control of every blade (O) separately.
