PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the force pulling the needle into the syringe barrel and prevent easily the movement of the needle by a first action to rotate a needle carrier in an acute angle with respect to a barrel, followed by a second action to move the needle carrier proximally into the barrel to the extent that the proximal end of a needle cannula is not beyond the proximal end of the barrel. SOLUTION: The movement between a first lock position where a projection 55 is locked in a circumferential portion 59 and a second released position where the moving of the needle carrier 28 proximally into a chamber 23 is allowed through forces applied to a plunger 42 and the pulling-in of the needle carrier 28 to a barrel 21 are carried out by two actions of the plunger 42. The first action rotates the needle carrier 28 in an acute angle with respect to the barrel 21. Then the second action follows to move the needle carrier 28 proximally into the barrel 21 to the extent that the proximal end 29 of a needle cannula 37 is not beyond the proximal end of the barrel 21. Thus, it is possible to reduce the force pulling the needle cannula 37 into the syringe barrel and prevent the movement of the needle easily. |
