PURPOSE: To realize a stabilized injection molding by employing a binder containing high-molecular and low-molecular binders thereby enhancing the fluidity of slurry. CONSTITUTION: A soft ferrite powder material is prepared and subjected to surface treatment 2 for easily coupling a binder to the surface of the ferrite powder using a surface treating agent. In a first premixing step 3, the surface treated ferrite powder is coated uniformly with a slip agent. In a second premix step 5, the surface treated ferrite coated with the slip agent is mixed with a thermoplastic binder. Premix steps are required because the a slurry does not exhibit a predetermined fluidity or the fluidity is fluctuated when the material is not mixed uniformly at the time of thermal mixing. In a thermal mixing step 7, the mixture is thrown into a kneader and thermally kneaded. In an injection molding step 8, the mixture is cooled and crushed by means of a crusher before being molded by means of an injection molding machine under conditions predetermined for the fluidity of slurry. |
