<p>PURPOSE: To suppress an error target due to an under-clutter, to reduce a blanking range compared to a conventional device and to detect a target except for the directly under-clutter. CONSTITUTION: The target detection device comprises a Doppler filter circuit 1, and amplitude calculation circuit 2, a CFAR detection circuit 3, a blanking range-setting circuit 6 and a directly under area blanking range calculation circuit 5 that calculates based on a vertical velocity and a height obtained by inputting a reception range of a directly under-clutter from a fuselage and a setting range of the circuit 6. A target-removing determination circuit 4 that dismisses a detected target when the target detected by the circuit 3 is within a blanking range calculated by the circuit 5.</p> |
