PURPOSE: To realize cost reduction as well as to make irregularity hardly generable on the surface of an elastic layer by making stress residue hardly generable on the elastic layer, making picture density stops hard to be generated by forming a uniform toner thin layer when the elastic layer of a developing roller is vulcanized and molded. CONSTITUTION: This manufacturing method includes a process of forming an elastic layer by vulcanizing and molding by using at least one kind of sulfur and an organic sulfur compound as a vulcanizing agent of epichlorhydrine rubber as well as making allylglycisylether contained in epichlorhydrine rubber, in a developing roller which has the elastic layer containing at least epichlorhydrine rubber and provides a nonmagnetic one component toner onto a sensitizing body. |
