PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide precise information for a driver at a low cost by turning on an information lamp for the driver when a driving slip controller is separated or when functions are limited, and flashing the information lamp independently upon detection of the driving slip of at least one of driving wheels. SOLUTION: The driving slip control unit 130 and the locking torque control unit 132 of a driving slip controller 100 detect the slipping rotation of driving wheels and control a plurality of solenoid valves 16, 18 to reduce a controlled deviation to a desired value so as to actuate the brakes of the driving wheels. When a driver actuates a switch 44, the driving slip control unit 130 is separated and the locking torque control unit 132 is actuated. In this case, an information lamp 24 is powered from a power supply 48 via a switching element 118 and a line 22 upon actuation of the switch 44 to turn on the lamp 24. When the slipping rotation of at least one of the driving wheels is detected, the information lamp 24 is flashed by a clock signal generator 124.
