PURPOSE: To provide a food production unit so designed that, in producing a food by rolling bean jam, etc., in a sheet-like dough, the rolling operation is made in a reasonable state to obviate possible swelling out of the bean jam due to dough breakage or possible pressing down and flattening of the food. CONSTITUTION: This food production unit is equipped with arms 13 turnable respectively around plural pivots 12 set up in a ring-shaped fashion and a cylinder 16 for mechanical power to simultaneously turn the arms 13. Each of the arms 13 has a mobile claw 19 at the tip, and the mobile claw 19 is provided with a food holding surface inside and is relatively movable in the longer direction. |
