PURPOSE: To establish centralized control easily and simplify the control of stepwise dimming and twinkling by introducing system which consists of a DC current control using a variable resistor connected with a circuit grounding line of an inverter circuit. CONSTITUTION: A continuous type electronic stabilizer 20 consists of a self-excited inverter circuit of such a structure that pulse current is fed through oscillation of the bases of two switching Tr's Q1 and Q2 so that they Q1 and Q2 are turned on and off alternately. Between the switching Tr Q2 on the grounding side and the grounded side of the power supply V0 of the inverter circuit, two diodes D1, D2 and a smoother capacitor C3 are installed parallel as an aux. DC power supply V1 for a DC control current iC to be fed to a control coil LC, and thereby part of the regular direction voltage of the power supply Vo, approx. 1.4V, is taken out, and control is made with a variable resistor VR within the range iC=10-35mA approximately, and thereby it is possible to manage the continuous dimming function with an aux. power supply outputting a minor power under 40mW. |
