The foodstuff is used in the prophylaxy and therapeutical feeding of peptic ulcer and gastritis patients. By compositiion and taste it is close to bread, can be used as its substitute and ensures a rich microelement content basically of honey in a suitable form. Its structure makes it easily assimilated, and its high content of ballast substances guarantees quicker detoxication of the gastrointestinal tract. The product contains, in %: from 20 to 90 cereal ingredient, from 5 to 52 bran, from 3 to 10 dry milk, 0.5-6.0 sweetener and 0.2-2.0 vitamic premix. The cereal ingredient includes different types of groats, semolina and flour.
