The polypeptides have valuable pharmacological properties and find application as medicamentous formulations. They manifest colony-stimulating activity for human neutrophilic granulocytes, macrophages and eosinophiles. The polypeptides have the structure shown in the description. The invention also relates to a method for their preparation, to a sequence of nucleic acids encoding the polypeptide, to a vector containing this sequence and to a microorganism or a cell, transformed or transfected by the replication vector.
