<p>PURPOSE: To improve constructing work by prefabricating pipings and conduit pipes on the outside surface of a wall panel to form part of a wall body and mounting a supporting fixture fixed to the wall panel on a side supporting rod embedded in the wall body. CONSTITUTION: A factory-prefabricated wall panel structure 1 is suspended and moved to the recessed portion of a concrete body 11. A mounting hole 30 in a supporting fixture 7 for the panel 1 is fitted onto a side supporting rod 27 for the body 11. At this time, a fixing plate 29 is mounted on the end of the supporting rod 27, but the hole is formed into a vertical ellipse and so the fixing plate 20 is smoothly passed through the hole 30. The panel 1 is lowered to drop the hole 30 so that the hole 30 can be locked to the fixing plate 29 and the bottom of the panel 1 can be set up and fixed on a floor. If required, the wall structure is formed as a steel concrete structure. In this way, because no interference occurs between piping works and other works, the delay of a construction period is restricted, field-works are reduced for efficient construction and appearance and protection against stain are improved.</p> |
