PURPOSE: To attain a fine remote job control from each host by producing a key word/network address correspondence table based on the key words outputted from each host and then answering only the host that has a prescribed key word. CONSTITUTION: When the output instruction information is received from the outside via a data base communication part 550, a recorder server 310 starts an output instruction information reception process through a job management part 710. And, the server 310 broadcasts an output request to the work stations of each host for the only key word, e.g. a host name of a network under the control of the part 710 and via the part 550. Under such conditions, a unique key word that is previously decided is returned to the server 310 and the part 710 produces and updates a host name/network address correspondence table. Thus, the host and the network which are presently connected together can be specified via a key word. |
