PURPOSE: To provide a slip-on flange system to eliminate a need to use a corner member by a method wherein notched and cut male end part and female end part are formed in a flange member having an opening part to contain a fastener. CONSTITUTION: Each flange member is provided with a male end part 38 and a female end part 40. Further, the male end part 38 has a groove formed between inside and outside leg parts 26 and 28 along an edge part 30. The outside edge parts of the inside leg part 26 and the outside leg part 28 of the female end part 40 are firmly matched with the inside of an edge part 30 of the male end part 38 and a corner is closed with out gap. The male end part 28 has an opening part 42 formed through both the inside and outside end parts 26 and 28, and the female end part 40 has an opening part 44 formed through the inside and outside leg parts 26 and 28. The opening parts 42 and 44 receive a fastener such as a bolt to mutually firmly hold two duct parts.
